About me

I grew up in London and my roots are in Sweden and India via Mauritius.

Working with people in ways which support them to develop their potential has been an ongoing passion for me over the last twenty years.

Before I started working as a pyschotherapist I worked with people of all ages, and from a wide range of backgrounds, as a further-education lecturer, school teacher, university lecturer, researcher, environmentalist and community worker.

I am a parent and love working with parents on how to create happier families.  I am  also passionate about working with couples.
